Indian weddings typically last from 2-3 days on an average and upto a week in some cases. While all events are filled with fun and emotions, both brides and grooms always arrange a bachelorette party, typically a week before the wedding and invite their close buddies. Bachelor's party is not just about fun. It's about sharing emotions with their close ones. People cry, laugh and at times do both.
Ya, of course spirits keep the spirits high. While alcohol is said to reduce inhibitions friends never have inhibitions. It is just a catalyst for fun. The groom's brother , groom and many of them in this group are my close friends. Do you think I would have escaped from a drink? :D Finally, they agreed on a bottle of wine.
